There is a frequency dimension to content and visibility that purely tactical frameworks don’t address. Not frequency in the sense of how often you post — but frequency in the sense of the energetic quality or state from which content is created and shared.

Two Frequencies of Content Creation

Content can be created from two fundamentally different internal states.

The second is an expanded state: the state of genuine expression, of speaking from what is actually known, of communicating from a settled and grounded internal place. Content created from this state carries that quality. There is a quality of spaciousness — of someone genuinely present and genuinely offering — that an attuned audience responds to.

Why This Matters Practically

The frequency dimension is not mystical abstraction. It has practical implications.

Content produced in a contracted state tends to be less resonant — less of the creator’s genuine self reaches through to the audience, because the contracted state is working to manage what gets through. The protection that produces the avoidance pattern also produces a partial self in the content that does get created.

Content produced in an expanded state tends to be more resonant — the genuine self, the real knowing, the actual perspective reaches through more fully. This is what people mean when they describe content as “landing” or “speaking directly to them.” They are responding to the quality of presence in the content.

Building the Conditions for Expanded Creation

The conditions that support expanded content creation are the same conditions that address the visibility pattern at depth: somatic regulation, enough internal ground that the full self is available, identity stability, the kind of relational witness that allows genuine expression rather than managed performance.
