01 About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at miraclesfor.me (the “Site”) and all related services, including the community on Skool, the shop, the mini-courses, the AI tools, the Private Mastermind, and any other product or service we offer (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site or the Services you agree to these Terms.
02 Accounts
You may need to create a Skool account to purchase or access products. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
For the community on Skool, your account is governed by Skool’s own terms of service (in addition to these Terms).
03 Purchases & payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase you authorise us to charge the payment method on file for the amount stated. Subscription products (community, AI tools, Mastermind) renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via the account dashboard.
Prices are in US dollars unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes apply to new purchases only.
04 Refunds & cancellations
Refund eligibility varies by product. See the full Refund Policy for details. In short:
- Mini-courses — 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase
- Community ($27/mo) — cancel anytime; no refunds for partial months (per Skool’s platform policy)
- Mastermind ($3,500/mo) — cancel anytime; no refunds (month-to-month billing makes cancellation the mechanism)
- AI tools — refunds handled by Apple App Store / Google Play Store under their policies
- Books & physical products — returns and refunds handled by Amazon under Amazon’s policy
05 Intellectual property
All content on the Site and in the Services — including articles, courses, techniques, the AI Coach knowledge base, the GPS+I and CLARITI frameworks, the 6-Layer Model, downloadable resources, and the brand visual identity — is the property of David Cameron Gikandi or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may share article links and short quoted excerpts (with attribution) on social media and in your own writing. You may NOT reproduce, repackage, or redistribute substantial portions of the content without written permission.
06 Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) infringe the rights of others; (c) misrepresent your identity; (d) attempt to access non-public areas of the Site; (e) scrape, spam, or commercially redistribute content; (f) interfere with the operation of the Site or the Services.
07 No-warranty & disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees about specific outcomes, including financial results. Personal development is personal. Your results depend on your effort, context, and integration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
08 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
09 Third-party services
The Services integrate with third-party tools (Skool, Stripe, LeadConnector, Google, Cloudflare, and others). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their actions.
10 Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when. Material changes will be communicated via email or a Site notice. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
11 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.
