How to request a refund
For mini-courses purchased through this site: use the contact form, tag your message “Refund,” and include your order number and the email used to purchase. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days from Stripe and typically arrive in your account 5–10 business days after that.
For everything else — community, mastermind, AI tools, books — refunds (where applicable) are handled by the platform you purchased through. The relevant sections below explain where to go for each.
Why the mini-courses have 60 days
Because we want you to actually try the work. Sixty days is more than enough time to go through a mini-course, sit with it, apply it, and decide whether it fit. If it didn’t — refund, no questions, no hard feelings. We’d rather you have your money back than be stuck with something that wasn’t right for you.
Why the community has no refunds
The Skool platform doesn’t offer refunds for subscription payments — it’s a platform-wide policy, not ours specifically. We agree with the policy because the community is structured around month-to-month commitment and quick cancellation. There’s nothing locked-in.
Cancel anytime in one click: Log into Skool → Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. No retention calls. No guilt. You keep your access until the end of the paid billing cycle. You can rejoin anytime — though pricing at that time may be different.
Why the mastermind has no refunds
The mastermind is open enrolment with monthly billing and cancel-anytime — no fixed term, no exit fee, no last-three-months gotcha. Because billing is month-to-month and you can cancel in one click, fit issues are handled by cancellation rather than refund. You keep access through the end of the paid billing cycle and the relationship ends cleanly. That’s the design: no commitment, no refund mechanics needed.
AI tools — refunds via the app stores
The AI tools (AI Quantum Growth Coach, AI Vision Weaver, AI Business StrategyOS) are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Refund requests are processed by Apple or Google under their published refund policies — we don’t process these on our end.
- iOS / App Store: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and request a refund on the purchase.
- Android / Google Play: Open the Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history → tap the purchase → Refund.
Books — refunds via Amazon
All books are sold and fulfilled through Amazon (paperback, hardcover, Kindle, and Audible editions). Returns and refunds are handled under Amazon’s standard returns policy, which varies by edition and region. Start a return from your Amazon order history — Amazon processes the refund and we don’t have visibility into or control over the timeline.
Chargebacks (please don’t)
If something’s wrong, please write to us first. We respond within 2 business days and a real human handles the conversation. Filing a chargeback before contacting us costs both sides — and chargeback fees apply to your account. We’ve never failed to resolve an honest refund request fairly, so reach out first.
Outcomes & income claims
None of our refunds are based on whether you achieved a specific outcome (income, weight loss, manifestation, etc.). We make no income claims and your results depend on factors only you can control. Refunds are about fit and engagement, not outcome.
Updates to this policy
This policy may change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated by email to anyone with an active subscription. New purchases are governed by the policy in effect on the date of purchase.
