The CLARITI Method Applied to Receiving, Worthiness and Deserving
The CLARITI Framework provides a sequenced approach to receiving, worthiness, and deserving that addresses all relevant layers in the right order. For conscious entrepreneurs who have tried isolated techniques — belief work here, somatic practice there — the CLARITI sequence is what ensures the work doesn’t skip layers or address them in the wrong sequence.
CLARITI stands for: Construct Identity — Liberate Beliefs — Acquire Skills — Reinforce Traits — Identify Roadblocks — Transformational Work — Integration.
C — Construct Identity
What receiving and worthiness are at each stage begins at the identity layer. The first CLARITI stage builds the new identity definition before attempting to work through the blocks.
For receiving, worthiness, and deserving, the Construct Identity stage involves specifying: what does the financially abundant version of this conscious entrepreneur — the one who receives at the level being worked toward — look and feel like in private? What’s their relationship to their compensation? What’s their self-concept in financial exchange moments?
The new identity definition needs to be specific and behavioural. Not “I am abundant” — “I am someone who holds my rate in enrollment conversations, invoices at the intended amount, and receives appreciation without deflecting it.”
Writing this definition, speaking it aloud, and noticing the body’s response to it begins the identity architecture before the liberation and skill work.
L — Liberate Beliefs
The three-component framework identifies the deserving narrative as the most cognitively accessible component. The Liberate Beliefs stage addresses this directly.
The deserving narrative can be named: “I haven’t helped enough people yet.” “My work only deserves this rate if it required significant effort to produce.” “Financial abundance would change my identity in ways that conflict with my values.”
Liberation involves examining each named belief against evidence, tracing its origin, and arriving at the point where the belief is held as a story rather than a fact. The liberation is complete when the deserving narrative no longer presents as self-evident truth.
A — Acquire Skills
The Acquire Skills stage addresses the practical capacity dimension of receiving, worthiness, and deserving that is often overlooked. These are skills:
- Staying present in a pricing conversation when the protection response activates
- Receiving appreciation without the automatic deflection response
- Holding the rate under client pressure without accommodating before being asked
- Allowing a high-income month to stand rather than producing conditions to reduce it
These capacities don’t develop through understanding — they develop through deliberate practice in actual financial contexts. The Acquire Skills stage identifies which skills are most needed and practises them deliberately over multiple weeks.
R — Reinforce Traits
The layer model that CLARITI works through includes the Identity layer’s requirement: accumulated lived experience at the new level. The Reinforce Traits stage is where this accumulation happens deliberately.
Reinforcing receiving and worthiness traits means tracking and acknowledging every clean exchange completion — every rate held, every invoice sent at the intended amount, every appreciation received without deflection. The identity layer revises through this accumulated evidence. Tracking makes the evidence explicit and visible.
I — Identify Roadblocks
Diagnosing which CLARITI stage applies is itself the Identify Roadblocks stage in action. After the initial LibBelief and Acquire Skills work, this stage diagnoses what’s still most active.
A practitioner who has done the narrative work and the skill work but still finds the somatic activation driving the deflection has identified a roadblock: the pattern has a somatic component that the earlier stages didn’t reach. This directs attention to the Transformational Work stage.
T — Transformational Work
The Transformational Work stage reaches the somatic, shadow, and relational layers. For receiving, worthiness, and deserving:
- Somatic: Regulated contact with the worthiness felt sense at exchange moments; staying with the activation rather than enacting it; accumulated experience of exchanges completing while the felt sense is held
- Shadow: Meeting the disowned part that wants significant compensation; integrating the wanting that the service-oriented identity has pushed out
- Relational: Examining whether the receiving block has a relational dimension — the fear that receiving fully would change how the practitioner is perceived or related to
This stage reaches what the narrative and skill work don’t touch. It’s often where the most durable movement occurs.
I — Integration
Integration consolidates the work across all stages and identifies where the most active component now resides. The key Integration question: what has actually shifted at the automatic layer, and where does the work continue?
The full landscape of receiving and worthiness includes the understanding that CLARITI is iterative — each cycle addresses the most active layer, and each Integration reveals the starting point for the next cycle.
The conscious entrepreneur working through CLARITI for receiving, worthiness, and deserving will typically cycle through the framework 2–3 times before the pattern is no longer the primary ceiling on financial expansion. Each cycle produces movement at a deeper or more residual layer than the last.
