Rewiring Your Nervous System Around Worthiness and Self-Worth (The Evidence-Based Protocol)

This is the structured, protocol version of the nervous system rewiring practice — designed for practitioners who want a clear, measurable, trackable approach rather than a general practice framework.

Protocol Overview

Duration: 12 weeks minimum, 24 weeks for full first-cycle completion

Frequency: One to three claiming actions per week with full logging

Tracking: Evidence log with prediction and outcome for every action; weekly and monthly summaries

Goal: A documented evidence base showing prediction accuracy rate, pattern of shift, and specific behavioral changes

Phase 1: Baseline and Calibration (Weeks 1–2)

Goal: Establish what the nervous system is currently predicting and at what frequency.

Practice:
1. Identify five specific claiming scenarios in your professional life (rate conversations, expertise claims, visibility actions)
2. For each, write the nervous system’s prediction in advance
3. Execute the claiming action
4. Log the actual outcome

Tracking metric: Prediction accuracy rate (out of 5 initial actions, how many predictions came true?)

Expected finding: Most practitioners find their predictions are accurate in 0–2 of the 5 initial actions. This baseline establishes the gap the protocol will work on.

Phase 2: Active Rewiring (Weeks 3–10)

Goal: Accumulate evidence at a pace and frequency that produces measurable nervous system shift.

Protocol:
– Two claiming actions per week minimum
– Full prediction pre-logging before each
– Full outcome logging within 24 hours after each
– Monthly prediction accuracy review

Escalation schedule:
– Weeks 3–4: Claiming actions at current rate and current visibility level (establishing practice)
– Weeks 5–6: Claiming actions at rate 10–15% higher (beginning to stretch)
– Weeks 7–8: Claiming actions at target rate (where the full worthiness limitation is active)
– Weeks 9–10: Claiming actions at target rate in community context (relational dimension added)

Tracking metric: Prediction accuracy rate across the 20+ actions in this phase. Target: <30% prediction accuracy (the worthiness deficit’s predictions coming true less than 30% of the time)

Phase 3: Consolidation (Weeks 11–12)

Goal: Stabilize the new baseline and document what’s changed.

Practice:
– Maintain claiming at target rate
– Review the full phase 2 evidence log
– Document specific behavioral changes from weeks 1 to 12
– Identify the next expansion edge

Tracking metric: Somatic activation level before claiming actions compared to baseline (week 1 versus week 12)

What the Protocol Produces

At the end of 12 weeks of consistent protocol execution, the practitioner has:

  • 24–36 logged claiming actions with prediction and outcome data
  • A calculated prediction accuracy rate across the protocol
  • Specific documentation of which predictions came true and which didn’t
  • Measurable behavioral change (rate difference from week 1 to week 12)
  • A baseline for the next protocol cycle

This is nervous system rewiring as a documented, measurable process rather than as a hoped-for outcome of general personal development work.

The Relational Amplifier

The protocol produces stronger results when the claiming actions in phase 2 include community claiming — making claiming commitments publicly and reporting outcomes in a peer community.

The Abundance GPS Skool community provides the relational structure for running this protocol with peer witnesses and shared accountability. Come take a look.
