The course is delivered as five short video lessons drawn from Module 6 of the Master Healer Rapid programme, each one paired with a written breakdown you can revisit. Total runtime is roughly 90 minutes and most people complete it across five sittings — one lesson a day. You’ll watch the teaching, answer a small set of self-observation prompts at the end of each lesson, and by Day 5 map your own pattern using the four-type framework. The material is structured so you can also return to a specific lesson later when a new situation surfaces an old reaction.
This is built for founders, coaches, creatives and operators who grew up walking on eggshells, parenting a parent, or earning love through performance — and who now hit the same invisible ceiling no matter how good the strategy is.
