A 7-day mini-course that helps you spot the exact voice running your self-doubt loop and trace where it actually came from. Over one week of short lessons, you learn to separate your own thinking from the internal voice that keeps shrinking your decisions.
The course is delivered as five guided lessons drawn from the Money Has Roots and Reparenting My Most Essential curricula. Each lesson runs around 20-40 minutes and combines a video walkthrough, a written breakdown, and a short reflection prompt you can complete in a notebook. You move through one lesson per day with two integration days, observing your self-talk in real situations — pricing a call, sending an invoice, replying to a difficult email — and logging what the inner critic says, when it shows up, and whose voice it actually borrowed.
This is built for founders, coaches and operators who grew up walking on eggshells, managing a moody parent, or being the “responsible one” too early. Generic confidence work tells you to affirm louder. That doesn’t work when the critical voice was installed by someone you loved and depended on — you can’t out-affirm an attachment figure. This course goes underneath the affirmation layer.
