Cultivate Daily Gratitude is a 7-day mini-course that builds a five-minute daily gratitude practice into a stable habit. By the end of the week, the practice runs without willpower or reminders.

Inside the course you get four short video lessons drawn from David Cameron Gikandi’s core training modules, plus a printable practice card you can keep on your desk or phone. Each day you watch one short lesson or revisit the card, then spend five minutes running the practice itself. Total time commitment is under fifteen minutes per day. You finish the week with a written log of seven entries, a felt-sense reference point for what gratitude actually does in the body, and a card-based prompt you can reuse for years.

This is built for founders, coaches and creatives who grew up in households where appreciation wasn’t modelled — where survival, criticism or performance came first. Generic gratitude journals tend to feel hollow for this kind of person because the practice stays cognitive. The lessons here move gratitude out of the head and into the nervous system, so it changes how you make decisions about money, clients and offers.
