12 Questions That Reveal Your Relationship With Magnetic Marketing Energy-Based

Honest answers to these questions reveal the current shape of a practitioner’s relationship with their magnetic marketing presence. Not what should be true, not what it would be nice to say — what’s actually operating.

Take each question seriously enough to sit with it before answering.

1. When I create something genuinely magnetic — something that produces real recognition in people — what triggers the creating? Is it strategic intention, or does it typically emerge from something else?

2. What are the specific conditions under which my showing up feels most natural? What is present in those conditions that isn’t present when showing up feels difficult?

3. If I look at my last ten pieces of showing up honestly, how many were produced from genuine aliveness and how many from obligation or external pressure?

4. What is the single obstacle my most likely potential client is carrying that I most consistently fail to address in my showing up? Why is that one specifically not addressed?

5. When I think about the people who are genuinely interested in my work but haven’t moved toward the relationship — what do I imagine is in the way for most of them? And is that what I’m addressing in my showing up?

6. What would I do differently in my magnetic showing up if I had three times my current number of clients and wasn’t concerned about acquisition? The answer to this question often reveals what the pressure of acquisition is preventing — and whether that prevented thing would actually be more magnetic.

7. How often does my showing up address the psychological experience of my potential clients’ situations, as opposed to just the logical dimension of what they’re facing?

8. When my showing up produces recognition — when someone says it’s exactly what they needed — what is usually the quality of that piece? Was it typical of my usual showing up or different in some way?

9. What is the ratio of time I spend creating new showing up to time I spend ensuring that my most magnetic existing showing up continues to reach new people?

10. Is there a version of what I do and who it’s for that I know but consistently fail to say clearly in my showing up? What makes that version feel difficult to say?

11. Who are the three people currently in my orbit who have been interested for a long time but haven’t moved toward the relationship? What do I honestly think is in the way for each of them specifically?

12. What would my magnetic showing up look like if I were confident — genuinely settled — in the value of what I offer? In what specific ways would it be different from my current showing up?

The pattern of answers to these questions maps the current relationship with magnetic presence — where the genuine leverage lives, what’s being systematically avoided, what’s running in the background, and where the most significant change would produce the most significant shift in the magnetic field.

Most practitioners find that the answers to two or three of these questions point toward the same thing. That convergence is the most important finding. The question that points most clearly toward the primary lever in your current magnetic practice is the one worth staying with longest.
