Each lesson runs 12 to 18 minutes and ends with a single action — a small decision, conversation, or financial move that puts the belief to work the same day. By Day 7 you will have walked one belief through six evidence-gathering reps, plus a closing reflection that locks the new belief into your default thinking. Total time commitment: roughly two hours of video plus fifteen minutes of journaling per day.
