Resolve Inner Conflict (Visual Squash) is a five-day mini-course for resolving one specific part-of-you-versus-part-of-you conflict. You know the one — the part that wants to scale and the part that pulls the handbrake every time you get close.
The course runs across three short lessons you can complete in roughly 90 minutes total, spread over five days so the integration actually settles. You’ll get a guided Visual Squash process from classical NLP, a Parts Identification card to name the two sides clearly, and a Meta Pattern lesson that locks the new internal agreement in place. Each lesson is delivered as a video walkthrough with a written script and a fill-in worksheet. You run the process on yourself, on one chosen conflict, with prompts at every step.
This is built for founders, coaches, and operators who grew up in households where they had to be two contradictory people at once — the responsible one and the invisible one, the achiever and the self-saboteur. Generic affirmations and journaling don’t move this because the conflict isn’t a belief, it’s two separate internal strategies fighting for the steering wheel. The Visual Squash works on the structure underneath.
