Goal Setting That Actually Works is a 3-day mini-course for founders who set goals every January and quietly abandon them by March. By Day 3, you’ll have written one well-formed outcome goal your nervous system actually believes.
The course is four short video lessons drawn from David Cameron Gikandi’s A Happy Pocket Full of Money (Module 8) and his Self-Talk Affirmation Scripts library. Each lesson is 8–14 minutes. You watch one lesson per day, then complete a short writing exercise that refines a vague wish into a specific, time-anchored, present-tense outcome. By the end of Day 3 you have one written goal — phrased correctly, sized correctly, and located in the only place goals get reached, which is here and now. Total time commitment is roughly 45 minutes across three days.
