#1 Focus on an energy level
To manifest is to “invest attention in.”
That is pretty much where that word rises from and what it means.
The best way to manifest your desire is to focus on it on an energy and thought level.
The bottom line is this:
Working directly with energy and thought for even just a few minutes will do more than doing only physical work for months!
That is just the way the system is set up.
The physical action is the final part of creation.
And if you use it as if it is the first part, you will waste a tremendous amount of energy for meager results!
When you start with the energy and thought level, this will brings astonishing results effortlessly.
#2 Capture the feeling of desire
Next, you have to capture the total feeling of the desire.
This must include the visual, emotional, as well as other aspects of it.
Then, you should hold it and play with it for at least 17 seconds.
This is about how long it takes to start achieving vibration harmony between yourself and the goal.
Additionally, it’s ample time to start a chain reaction of matching thoughts.
Each 17-second increment brings along a new chain reaction.
Not only that, such focus puts you in contact with the pure source of creation from which all things arise.

Hold it for just over a minute (68 seconds, to be precise, which is 17 seconds x 4).

The way to do that is through the good old repetition trick.
#4 Visualize your goals clearly & daily
Visualize your desire with clarity.
Feel it in your heart, see it clearly, feel it fully.
Repeat this process, and each time, look for any contradictory emotions and thoughts.
Whenever one arises, clear it out.
Then, go back and repeat the visualization.
Do this about 25 times.
You’ll know that your repetition is enough when you feel:

In case you still do not feel aligned with your desire, repeat it another 25 times.
If that takes 100 repetitions, that is totally okay.
Eventually, you will be reprogrammed.
Watch Out For These Common Pitfalls When Manifesting
There are two most common pitfalls you need to avoid when manifesting your desires.
The first one is contradictory thoughts.
Most people have minds that have been allowed to act like drunken monkeys, jumping from one thought to another without any direction or intent.
